1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of specific data from your NegosyoHub account without deleting the account itself. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Data." Please include the email address associated with your account and specify which data you want deleted.

2. Data That Can Be Deleted

You can request deletion of any of the following data categories while keeping your account active:

  • Order history: All orders, order items, and associated records
  • Customer records: Customer names, phone numbers, and order associations
  • Inventory records: Stock items, quantities, and transaction history
  • SMS logs: Message history, templates, and delivery records
  • Analytics data: Dashboard statistics and usage reports
  • Staff accounts: Individual staff members and their associated data

3. Data That Cannot Be Selectively Deleted

The following data is tied to your account and can only be removed by deleting your entire account:

  • Account email address and authentication credentials
  • Business registration details (name, type)
  • Subscription and billing history

4. Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the requested data has been deleted.

Deleted data will also be removed from mobile devices on the next sync after processing is complete.

5. Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • Deleting order history or customer records may affect your analytics and reporting
  • Data required by law may be retained regardless of your request
  • Encrypted backups may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are permanently purged
