Delete Account

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your NegosyoHub account and all associated data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account." Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • Business name, type, and address
  • All orders and order history
  • Customer records and phone numbers
  • Inventory records
  • Services and pricing configurations
  • Staff accounts and branch information
  • SMS message templates and logs
  • Analytics and dashboard data
  • Local data stored on mobile devices (cleared on next app launch)

3. What Data May Be Retained

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain information after account deletion:

  • Legal obligations: Data required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings
  • Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you
  • Backup retention: Encrypted backups may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are permanently purged

4. Processing Timeline

We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to access the Service.

5. Before You Delete

Please note the following before requesting account deletion:

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • All staff accounts under your business will also be removed
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled with no refund for the remaining period
